Message: I always thought that commenting on Kevin Buster would be a difficult thing to do. I was not disappointed. As someone who dances with Kevin on a regular basis, it would be hard to say that he is not inventive. I rarely find myself getting bored when I dance with him. Sometimes he can be frustrating, but it is always exciting and challenging. No only is he a great lead and dancing, but he is very entertaing to watch, and can have a very powerful output of energy that seems to flow through a room as he dances. I hope that he realizes he is incredible, and continues dancing for many years.

Just remember: your name is a nice purply-bluey-pale color (that seems quite contradictory to your personality most of the time) that I can never quite describe. Message: I danced with Kevin a year and a half ago as a complete novice and knew it was something I had to do again. Though I knew no moves, we danced, and it was one of the funnest things I had ever done :) Since then, I have danced with Kevin many times, and I still love it.
Dancing with Kevin is great because he has phenomenal connection; he is musical, creative, and playful in the way he moves. Though we dance together regularly, it is still a mystery how the conversation of our dance will unfold. Kevin is still one of my all time favorite leads.

Message: Wow, where to even begin. Kevin is truly amazing in so many different ways. He is inventive, creative, and has the ability to lead anyone with ease. Kevin has an amazing understanding for the music, and his body truly becomes an instrument. One of the things that makes him also FANTASTIC is that he draws inspiration from literally everywhere. From old video clips, street blues musicians, egyptian ballet dancers, and gospel singers.
A dance with Kevin could happen anywhere at any time. It can range from the most outrageously entertaining to something that feels straight out of Harlem, to the most beautifully subtle thing you never thought existed.
Music, dancing, walking, breathing, they are not seperate in Kevin's life. Every motion is a dance, every word is a note in some great solo. Kevin seriously rocks.

Message: OK, I came to visit Seattle and danced with as many people as I could - and I had my most fun dance with Kevin - and that even though I never danced once with him or even met him before! Here is what I think makes a good leader an outstanding one: take an intermediate/beginner follower -me- and lead her with ease into moves she had never done nor imagined existed, making her feel like she’s become an instrument being played to the music she hears, yet offering her to play it herself any moment she wishes... every single motion being part of a lively conversation...
